DAY 1

Explore Bengaluru's famous botanical garden, renowned for its Glass House, heritage trees, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

DAY 2

Bangalore to Mysore (140 km, 3 hrs)

Morning: Drive to Mysore after breakfast.

Mysore Palace:

A UNESCO-recognized architectural marvel, this grand palace was the seat of the Wodeyar dynasty. Built in Indo-Saracenic style, it boasts intricate interiors with stained glass, chandeliers, and vibrant frescoes. The palace lights up with 100,000 bulbs on Sundays and holidays, offering a dazzling spectacle.

Chamundi Hills:

Located 13 km from Mysore, this hill is home to the 12th-century Chamundeshwari Temple, dedicated to Goddess Chamundi. The climb (or drive) offers panoramic views of Mysore city, and a giant Nandi (bull statue) carved from a single rock is a highlight en route.

St. Philomena’s Church:

A neo-Gothic marvel built in 1936, this church features towering spires (over 175 feet) inspired by Germany’s Cologne Cathedral. Its stained-glass windows and serene ambiance make it a peaceful stop.

Evening: Devaraja Market: A bustling 19th-century market in Mysore, famous for its vibrant stalls selling sandalwood products, silk, spices, and fresh flowers. It’s a sensory delight and perfect for picking up authentic souvenirs.

Mysore to Coorg (120 km, 3 hrs)

Morning: Drive to Coorg (Madikeri), nicknamed the "Scotland of India" for its misty hills and rolling greenery.

Abbey Falls:

A picturesque waterfall cascading 70 feet amidst coffee plantations and spice estates. Surrounded by lush foliage, it’s a refreshing spot for photography and a short nature walk (monsoon season enhances its beauty).

Raja’s Seat:

A scenic viewpoint in Madikeri offering stunning sunset views of the Western Ghats. This garden was once a favorite of Coorg kings, with a pavilion and musical fountain adding charm.

Coffee Plantation Tour:

Coorg is India’s coffee capital, and this guided tour takes you through sprawling estates. Learn about coffee cultivation, sample fresh brews, and enjoy the aroma of beans grown in this fertile region.

Evening: Relax amidst Coorg’s lush greenery.

DAY 4

Coorg to Bangalore & Departure (270 km, 5-6 hrs)

Morning:

Dubare Elephant Camp:

Located on the banks of the Cauvery River, this camp offers an up-close experience with elephants. Visitors can watch them being bathed, fed, and trained by mahouts, or opt for an elephant ride (subject to availability).

Afternoon: Drive back to Bangalore. Drop-off at Kempegowda International Airport for onward travel.
